General Motors Diet

This is a seven day diet that you can repeat as much as needed. You should probably take a break sometimes though.  All the possible information you could ever want on this diet is here.  Basically the routine goes like this. Day 1) You eat all fruits (no bananas) Day 2) All Veg  Day 3) Fruits and veg (no potatoes or bananas) Day 4) Bananas, milk, and Veggie soup! Day 5) Beef and tomatoes Day 6) Beef and veg  Day 7) Brown rice, fruits, and veg! That's it! Easy huh? Well, it's worth a try . Claims you can lose between 10-17lbs by the morning of Day 8!
